Spiritual rest
Spiritual rest is a sense of belonging, meaning and purpose — feeling part of something larger than your task list. For some it is faith or prayer; for others it is community, nature, service, or work that connects to something they actually value.
The absence shows up as a quiet, hard-to-place emptiness. Things are going well on paper and you feel unmoored. Burnout research keeps finding this: people cope with high demand far better when it means something.
Recovery here is rarely dramatic. It is contribution, connection, and contact with your own values — small acts that remind you why any of it matters.
Close the course by choosing the one type of rest you are most short of, and one specific change you will make this week. Then take it to the Coach if you want help making it stick.
